NOTICE OF VEHICLE VIDEO RECORDING
Cruise Munich vehicles have cameras that record their surroundings on the basis of legitimate interest under Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f. GDPR for the purpose of developing radar technologies. Personal data captured in camera recordings (faces and license plates) are blurred for anonymization upon collection through the use of blurring technology. We do this so that we are no longer in a position to identify the data subjects. After collection, the data is not processed in any personally identifiable form other than as necessary to perform this anonymization process.
Individuals are entitled to object to the processing of personal data concerning him or her on grounds relating to his or her particular situation.
